CONTEST RULES:
All chili, not salsa, must be prepared and cooked on-site. Cooks must bring all items they will need: water, stoves, tables, canopy cover, etc. Nothing will be provided except space. Be sure your booth and team are ready prior to start time. Start time will be at 9:00a.m. Salsa and chili tasting will be open to the public, so make plenty. People's choice will be awarded in both categories.
Check-in with coordinator (Margie Meeker) - look for me at the Parade Staging area located at Greenville Wolf Creek Rd. After checking in, contestants can set up from 6:30 - 8:30am.
Salsa and chili must be ready for judging at 3:00 and the winners will be announced at 4:00.
Remember there will be a prize awarded to the best booth for showmanship.
