Nomination Form

The Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce board of directors invites nominations for the Community Member of the Year award for 2008. The award recipient should be a resident of Indian Valley and actively involved with Indian Valley club(s), organizations) and/or businesses he or she is associated with. This person should also volunteer their efforts and time for the betterment of the Indian Valley Community, including aesthetic, economic, tourism, and/or social improvements. 

The recipients in the past have been Reverend Fred Kerr, Randy Pew, Dennis & Sue Ann Crites, Sue Weber, Alicia Knadler, Nancy and Dick Lund, Reta Spencer, and Kest Porter. The award will be presented at our Year-end Mixer Saturday,  Dec. 13, 2008.
