Space is 10 ft x l0 ft and will be assigned and reserved as they are paid for in advance. You are responsible
for cleaning your own space at the end of the event.

Hours: 10am – 5:30pm for Saturday. Please be advised there is no security and items left out are at your own risk and your responsibility. You are entirely responsible for your own displays.

BEFORE you can set up, you will have to check in and see the Master Map posted Saturday, July 16, Chamber office, on Main Street next to Hunter's Hardware for your location  of your spot to setup.

Setup must be completed by 9:30am Saturday morning, July 17. Please be advised there is no security, and items left out are at your own risk and responsibility. You are entirely responsible for your own displays.

Pre-registration: Deadline is Tuesday, July 1, 2010 to forward completed form along with copies of appropriate permits & temporary permits will be necessary (Board of Equalization contact is 530.224.4729) or www.ca.gov  Make check payable to: Indian Valley Chamber

INSURANCE: ALL participants are strongly recommended to provide their own insurance. The Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any damage to participants' property and/or personal injury.

You must have your required permits on display during the event.

A HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER (below) must be signed. 

A copy of Sellers Permits must also be included.
