for cleaning your own space at the end of the event.

BEFORE you can set up, you will have to check in and see the Master Map posted Saturday, July 19, Chamber office, on Main Street next to Hunter's Hardware.

Pre-registration: Deadline is Tuesday, July 1, 2008 to forward completed form along with copies of appropriate permits.  Make check payable to: Indian Valley Chamber

INSURANCE: ALL participants are strongly recommended to provide their own insurance. The Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any damage to participants' property and/or personal injury.

* You must have your required permits on display during the event.

Setup must be completed by 9:30am Saturday morning, July 19. Please be advised there is no security, and items left out are at your own risk and responsibility. You are entirely responsible for your own displays.

A HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER (below) must be signed. A copy of Sellers Permits must also be included.

In consideration of the privilege of participating in the Gold Digger Days Celebration Street Fair, I hereby release the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and any and all persons or groups connected with the Chamber of Commerce, from any responsibility or liability for any and all injury to me and/or my property.
