Site Ad Application Form After arrangements have been
made with the chamber, on a blank 8 x 10 piece of paper (or the
back of this page), sketch
what you want to see on the screen with the text and
pictures where you would them to be. Or, if you want and can, put it all in a Word
for Windows document and send it to me in a message as an attachment. Or, email me a message with the text, send any pictures
as an attachment that you want to use, and describe the way you
want the ad to appear. If you prefer to have me take some pictures,
let me know what you want me to photograph, and/or arrange to meet
with me at your business. You can contact me by phone, at the

making the web site ad, as well to help people find it: Note:
